Although the concept of sustainability and sustainable development is still ethereal, Bob Double finger on the pulse of our best ideas, practices and the implementation of the strategy. I swung with his view that the process of achieving sustainability disordered and non-linear, and people come from many directions. This book has informed my understanding and helped a topic that a component to it moving target has structure. The work of Bob Double has credibility and substance to me. Rating: 5.5
Bob is doubly sustainability experts to first describe the nuances and challenges of successfully implementing a program for systemic sustainability. Where others have said, “that one of the people of the organization in question need,” Twice is deeper and tell us how. His holistic approach, systems thinking and concrete examples provide insights not previously available to the successful implementation of sustainability programs in organizations. I especially appreciate that the population, including economic and social justice concerns, and not only the technical aspects of protecting and improving the environment. I have recommended this book to all my students sustainability PhD. Rating: 5.5
